Q.: How can we offer our clients a secondary network (one public WAN and one private LAN)?
A.: To add a secondary network:
- Go to your Client Area Service Management page.
- In the Additional Tools section, click the Network Management link.
- On the page that appears, click Add New Network Interface.
Q. After ordering I get the following error: 'Order Accept Encountered Problems(base) No licensing type is provided'. What does it mean?
A. If you get this error, please check if the License Type field is filled in the product configuration.
Q. While using the HTML5 console button in the Client Area, I see the following errors:

A. Please make sure that the SSL certificate is signed for the OnApp server. If not, the browser will block access.
Q. When I try to configure the module, none of the drop-down menus in the Product Settings are populated, and the Synchronise button requests for a default billing plan to be selected (with no option for selecting a billing plan).
A. Probably, the reason is that the IP of the WHMCS server has not been added to the whitelist in OnApp.
Q. What is the difference between OnApp Cloud and OnApp VPS modules?
A. OnApp Cloud For WHMCS is an advanced module that allows your customers to create/terminate machines under resource limits in OnApp Cloud products they ordered. OnApp VPS For WHMCS is a module that allows you to offer OnApp VPS servers that will be created on your cloud server.
Q. When trying to accept an order for an OnApp VPS product, I receive an error similar to this: "Order Accept Encountered Problems (primary_network_group_id) could not be found.. (primary_data_store_group_id) could not be found.. (swap_data_store_group_id) could not be found.." How can I resolve the issues?
A. You may see this error if the default configurable options haven't been generated by the module. To resolve this issue, please select Generate default at the product's Module Settings page.
