Getting Support for Upgrade (5.5 to 6.1)

You can use the instructions in this guide to upgrade your OnApp Cloud. If you have a full OnApp Cloud license, you can receive free upgrade support from the OnApp Support team. If you prefer to have the Support team perform the upgrade for you, submit a request to schedule the upgrade. The Support team can run the upgrade and other activities related to it during business hours, that is from Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm UTC.
