Issue
When trying to build a virtual server, it fails during the provisioning stage with the following error:

Resolution
Increase the size of the primary disk for the virtual server and rebuild the server again. There may be a trial and an error involved to find the right disk size.
Cause
Generally, it means that the disk size you are trying to use is too small to meet the minimum requirement according to the template.
