 From dmesg:

device-mapper: table: 253:9: dm-8 too small for target: start=2048, len=62908416, dev_size=41943040
CODE

Environment

Any OnApp

Linux VSs on KVM, Windows VSs on Xen/KVM

Resolution

Increase the size of the primary disk for the virtual server and rebuild the server again. There may be a trial and an error involved to find the right disk size.

Cause

Generally, it means that the disk size you are trying to use is too small to meet the minimum requirement according to the template.
