Resolve INSIDE the virtual server:

  1. Clear:

    var/lib/yum/yumdb/

    You can do this with:

    yum clean dbcache
    CODE

    OR

    yum clean all
    CODE
  2. If the virtual server uses ext4, go to https://ext4.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Ext4_Disk_Layout#The_Contents_of_inode.i_block.
